Reservation Policy (updated April 2023):
We ask to confirm your reservation that you check the box "Save Card On File" and pay a one-time non-refundable booking fee of $50.00 OR make a pre-payment of 30% of the tour cost.
Kingfisher reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 30% of the trip cost if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of tour date to the card saved to file. This protects us from no-show and verifies your reservation and holds a place in our schedule.
Trips cancelled more than 30 days will be refunded the prepayment less a 3% credit card processing fee.
Full payment is due in person on day of the flight - please bring your payment method with you.
Changes made to a confirmed reservation will incur a $75.00 change fee.
Flights cancelled due to weather based upon our pilots decision or
uncontrollable circumstances will be refunded the prepayment less a 3% credit card processing fee.
Rates include a four-hour, fully guided tour, with approximately two hours of scenic flying, an hour and a half of bear viewing and a thirty-minute walk to the bear viewing area. Destination is Frazer Lake or the Katmai Coast depending upon best bear viewing opportunities.
