Charter quotes are built around the aircraft time required for the complete operation, including return or positioning legs. Point-to-point rates may be used for destinations already established in our system.

Efficient charter aircraft for smaller parties, lighter loads and survey work.

Each charter has a minimum charge of 0.7 flight hour—42 minutes.
The first stop of up to 10 minutes is included with the charter.
Extra stops, or stops longer than the included 10 minutes, are billed.
Standby time may be arranged when the aircraft and pilot need to remain with your party. The applicable rate will be included in your quote.
Your quote is trip-specific. Destination, aircraft, passenger and gear load, stops, landing access and standby needs can all affect the final price.

What confirms your flight.
Advance reservations are recommended. A request starts the conversation; a reservation is confirmed only after Kingfisher reviews the trip, accepts the operating plan and receives the required payment.
Request and review
Submitting a booking or charter request does not hold an aircraft or guarantee a date. We first review availability, loading, destination access and the proposed schedule.
30% prepayment
A 30% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation unless your written quote states otherwise. The remaining balance is due on the day of the flight; please bring your payment method with you.
Available space and empty legs
Kingfisher reserves the right to use available seats, cargo capacity or otherwise empty legs on our flights. A charter is not exclusive unless exclusive aircraft use is specifically arranged and included in the written quote.
Requested times may move
Departure times are operating plans, not guarantees to the minute. Weather, tides, water conditions, aircraft logistics and earlier flights may require a different time or route. The pilot makes the final operational decision.
Customer cancellations
A reservation cancelled within 30 days of the flight may be charged 30% of the trip cost. For cancellations made more than 30 days before the flight, the prepayment is refunded less the 3% credit-card processing fee.
Reservation changes
Changes to a confirmed reservation are subject to availability and a $75 change fee. Please notify us as early as possible when your plans change.
Weather cancellations
If the pilot cancels because of weather or another uncontrollable circumstance, we will first try to reschedule. If another time does not work, the prepayment is refunded less the 3% credit-card processing fee.
